WEAR Neighborhood Meetings
WEAR meetings are a place to voice your needs and opinions and to hear those from others face to face. We encourage everyone to attend, meet neighbors, and get involved.
Community Improvement
- WEAR Board and members interface with the 40th Ward Alderperson’s office to be up-to-date with new information from the city and provide feedback about neighborhood concerns such as missing trees, potholes, missing street signs and street lights
- WEAR Board supports and has connections to Peirce Elementary School our local pre-K to 8.
- WEAR supports the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce.
Zoning Changes
- WEAR Board represents the neighborhood and evaluates and makes recommendations on potential developments by listening and understand the neighborhood concerns and/or meet with potential developers
